This R/C model is not a toy!

RC models, including RC helicopters, RC Airplanes or RC Cars are not toys. RC model consists of various high-tech electronic products and it can provide superior performance. While the RC model moves at a high speed may cause potential risk or injury if operated improperly. It is not suitable for the player under 14 years, Keep it away from children. We also advise that supervision be give to children above this age range and below 18. We recommend you to ask for the assistance of experienced pilot when operating your RC model at the first time. It is mandatory to follow the instructions stated in corresponding user manual provided by the manufacturer and pay attention to the warnings. Please make sure to be conscious of the safety of yours and the people surrounding when you operate all RC products. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure the safety of people and property around them when operates these vehicles. We accept no liability (to the fullest extent allowed by law) of any accident that may endanger or harm to your life, personal safety or property.

 

 

PAYMENT

We offer different kinds of payment methods for your convenience.

1. Paypal

  • The safer, easier way to pay without sharing your financial information.
  • All major credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers are accept through paypal.

  • Payments are made through PayVision, the credit card payment gateway - it's fast, secured, no more hassle!
  • PayVision is the trusted payment gateway of Wing Hang Bank Ltd.
  • All data are secured with 256 bits encryption.
  • The currency we accepted: USD/EUR/JPY/GBP/AUD/HKD
  • You may expect a different final amount due to different exchange rate from the agent where your credit card is issued.
  • You may need to pass VISA Verify or MasterCard Secure for completing the payment.
  • All orders paid by this service will be verified thoroughly before delivery process.
  • You may need to provide your personal information for security measure to ensure you have the rights to authorize the credit card transaction.

3. Western Union

  • We accept Western Union for Money Order payment.
  • It is the fast & convenient payment method for customer who does not own a paypal account or credit cards.
  • It takes 2-3 business days for us to get and confirm the payment.
  • Customer can choose to pay by Western Union when check out the order.
  • Payment details and corresponding payment information is shown after check out.
  • We DO NOT accept OTHER Money Order payment.

4. Bank Transfer T/T / Wire Transfer

  • Customer can T/T payment to our Bank account through your local bank with your local currency e.g. USD/EUR/AUD/GBP.
  • Payment can be TT to our Bank Account:
    • Hong Kong Hang Seng Bank<--- For ALL customers
    • UK HSBC <--- For United Kingdom customers ONLY, payment in GBP
    • AU HSBC <--- For Australia customers ONLY, payment in AUD.
  • Customer can choose to pay by Bank Transfer T/T / Wire Transfer when check out the order.
  • Payment details and corresponding payment information is shown after check out.

 

REFUNDS

  • ALL refunds will carry throught the original mean of payment method.
  • For Paypal refunds, money will credit back to your paypal account within 2 business days.
  • For Credit Card refunds, money will credit back to your credit card account arround 20 working days later after the refund issued. You should find the credit shown in your next billing statement.
  • For some situation, you may choose to have a cash coupon for the credits to spend on your new order.
  • Corresponding handling fee, transaction fee or restocking fee may apply on some refund cases according to this terms and conditions.

 

ORDERS

1. Order Details

  • Please be careful to look over the order content, item price, shipping method and shipping fee before you submit a order.
  • Order detail is not allowed to modify after completion of payment.
  • Customer is responsible for checking and confirming the order details.
  • We process orders strictly with the order details you provide when you placed the order.
  • If case you have made mistakes about your orders, please contact us as soon as possible by CONTACT US FORM for help within 12 hours after order placed.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Cancel order is not appliable for all orders with ANY reason.
  • Once customer confirmed and paid a order, it is not subject to cancellation.
  • In case customer insists to cancel a order, we will charge penalty for cancel order.
  • We charge 10% of total payment amount as penalty for in stock item.
  • We charge 20% of total payment amount as penalty for item which is supplied directly from factory (Not Stated as "Usually ship after 48hrs")
  • An order is not subject to cancel and No Reufnd will be granted for following situation:
    • if it is already shipped, or it is already on the way sending to post office.
    • if the order contain BACK ORDER item., no matter it is shipped or not.
    • if the order contain PRE-OREDER item, no matter it is shipped or not.
    • We are sorry that we will not refund for above situation and we cannot help if in case.

 

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

1. Wrong item bought

  • Please contact us by CONTACT US FORM within 3 days after you received the order.
  • Customer need to ship back the item to us with its original condition (Not USE or NOT OPEN with original packing).
  • Customer may request exchange for correct merchandise with the returns, or request for refund of the item price.
  • For any situation, we charge 15% restocking fee for qualified returns.
  • The restocking fee may deduct from the refund amount in case, or reflected in the price difference to be paid for exchange.

 2.  Damaged on delivery

  • All our shipment is well-packed. We will try our best to ensure the merchandise arrive with good condition.
  • There may have chance that merchandise is damaged during delivery, please accept that there is accident due to postal failure and it is uncontrollable.
  • If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipment damage, please refuse the delivery.
  • If you accept a package arrives with package damage, the insurance (if you paid the insurance fee) may not valid for claim.
  • If you have already accepted delivery and then find merchandise damaged, please report us immediately with CONTACT US FORM.
  • Report of damaged on delivery MUST be done WITHIN 3 Days count from the day of order arrival.
  • Our Customer Support Team will look into the case with you for a solution.
  • Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! The shipping company may contact you to conduct damage report.
  • Please do inspect your purchase as soon as you receive it.
  • If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim with the shipping company, and you may not receive credit for the return.

3. Wrong Item Received

  • Because our warehouse is not operated by robots, there can be a slight margin for human error.
  • If you have received a parcel that is item miss, wrong item or too many items....
  • please report us immediately with CONTACT US FORM, stating your order ID and include a photograph of the incorrect item.
  • We will request a photo of the wrong item if you do not supply one.
  • Our Customer Support Team will look into the case with you for a solution.

4. Manufacturing Faulty

  • Please check the condition and test the operation of merchandise immediately after you received it.
  • Please do it carefully as we do not responsible for any damage happen when you test the Radio Control Item and Parts.
  • RC-Fever.com accepts no responsibility for the improper installation and use of purchased products.
  • We are not responsible for factory defects because we are not a product manufacturer and we do not produce the parts we carry.
  • For any problem with merchandise, please contact us with CONTACT US FORM as soon as possible.
  • Our Customer Support Team will look into the case with you for a solution.
  • Report of manufacturing faulty or operation problem MUST be done WITHIN 7 Days count from the day of order arrival.
  • If we do not receive your report within the period, we expect there is no problem with your order.
  • Exchange or refund is NOT ACCEPTED after the period.
  • For manufacturing faulty item, you need to return the faulty item with your own cost for exchange.
  • The manufacturer is responsible for manufacturing faulty, so we will return the faulty item to them for repair or to get replacement of new products.
  • Please notes that we DO NOT ship new replacement without return of faulty item.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • We ONLY SELL BRAND NEW ITEMS (unless specify in the item pages)
  • It is A MUST to contact us before returning the item(s). Return without my approval will not be processed.
  • All returns must be made with the SAME items in brand new condition within 7 days of arrival.
  • We reject all USED/ OPENED items for return.
  • We will accept merchandise for return or exchange that was purchased from RC-Fever.com within 7 days after arrival with proper authorization.
  • Returns which after 7 days is however NOT accepted.
  • Refund through the ORIGIONAL PAYMENT METHOD which buyer is used.
  • Shipping & handling charges CANNOT BE REFUNDED in anyway.
  • All defective items will be replaced with brand new items. Can't change to any other item, unless the item is no longer available.
  • Buyer is responsible for the Cost to Return the merchandise, and the store responsible for Cost to Resend for all situations of returns, including factory's manufacturing faulty, wrong item or damage via delivery.
  • You must have an RMA number for returning merchandise. Please report your RMA request to CONTACT US FORM.

 

WARRANTY

  • There is NO WARRANTY for ALL Radio Control Item and parts.
  • We DO NOT responsible for any kind of human operation failure that may potentially cause defects to the merchandise.
  • We are not responsible for factory defects and manufacturing faulty because we are not the product manufacturer and we do not produce the parts we carry (similar to a standard walk-in store), the quality control is handled by the factory.
  • We will split the shipping costs with the customer if and only if we confirm it is the case of factory defects and manufacturing faulty.
  • The customer agrees to pay to send the item back to us and we will consequently ship the repaired or replaced component to you at no charge back to the shipping address specified in your account.

 

RMA PROCESS

  • In ANY situation, the return shipping fee is covered by the customer.
  • We only accept merchandise that bought from our stores for return and exchange with the stated period.
  • You must have an RMA number for returning merchandise. Please report your RMA request with CONTACT US FORM.
  • You are responsible for making sure that the items are returned to us safely and without any further damages, so please ensure it is packed safely and securely. We strongly recommend using the same carrier as we use to ship item to you.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for us to respond for a RMA case. However, some case will take longer time as we may need to contact the manufacturer for assistance.
  • Re-shipment will arrange as soon as the item is repaired or new replacement is provided by the factory.

 

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Radio Control Item is fragile and easy to get damage, the electronic parts may goes faulty or unstable after operation due to the unstable operation environment, so please expect you may need to repair your item at your own cost when you decide to buy a Radio Control Item.
  • We DO NOT GUARANTEE a Radio Control Item will continuously function normally.
  • We are not responsible for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model.
  • In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to judge whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or due to human operation error.
  • We do not responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts, and repairs not completed by our service center, etc.
  • All of the products we sell are intended for retail consumption by our customers only and are not intended for resale.
  • Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages lost in shipping. However, we will assistant our customer to file a claim to the carrier to solve the problem.

 

PRICE & PRICE CHANGE

  • All the pricing in our sites DO NOT include any duty and tax.
  • We DO NOT know how much duty and tax you have to pay, it depends on your custom department, I think you understand your government more than us.
  • We DO NOT responsible for any duty tax charged by your custom, and hence any related troubles.
  • Please expect to pay duty and tax for import item.
  • Please consider this matter before you decide to make a purchase from oversea country.
  • If your country charge you any tax upon you receive your the package. It is out of our control and please consults your local custom department before making the order.
  • Any price or specification on our web site is subject to change without notice. Sale prices on the web site may be withdrawn at any time.
