Shipment and customer support during Chinese New Year Holiday

We would like to inform you that we will be off during 12th - 21st Feb, of the Chinese New Year Holiday. Orders that are placed BEFORE 11th Feb will be normally processed. For shipments placed ON or AFTER 11th Feb will be processed after the holiday, that is 22nd Feb. Please also note that the customer service is also not available during the period.

Notice on Airmail Parcel Delay

We were informed by Hong Kong Post that postal delay is to be expected because of the increasing shipping activities. The delay was caused by the insufficient freight cargo space and result in a 1-2 weeks delay of airmail parcels to Brazil, Russia, US and certain European countries.

As Christmas is coming, the Post Office has cut off the posting of parcels and registered air mail on 11th Nov,2009.
All the parcels posted by the Post Office would not be able to arrive before Christmas.

Special arrangement on the China National Day Holiday

It will be the China National Day Holiday from 1st Oct. to 8th Oct., and the Mid-autumn Festival Holiday will join together with the National Day Holiday this year. Therefore it will be an 8-day long public holiday in China this year.
